Hello! Welcome to Wallflower Writing! My name is Ben — you may have seen my work on sites like Gamezo, Dot Esports, and The Click. I did a lot of writing a few years ago, but the industry burned me out pretty quickly. I lost my passion for writing and moved into TV news, thinking I had put writing behind me.
It’s been a while since then, and I’ve come to realize that I miss what I fell in love with about the games journalism industry…writing. Not the SEO-centric, clickbait headline writing, just writing about the games, movies, TV shows, and everything else that I enjoyed writing about.
So that’s exactly what Wallflower Writing is here for. I’m not here to compete with IGN and Forbes for views, I’m not here to optimize my articles to hit #1 on Google.
I’m here to write what I want to write, when I want to write it, and how I want to write it.
